The beautiful Zeeland dunes start immediately past the camping site entrance, on the left. A cross-passage of 2 kilometres leads you to the broadest beach of the Netherlands. Would you like to visit one of the other sections of the 17-kilometre long beach? A short trip on the bicycle will often get you there

The Grada woods are situated less than 200 metres right from the camping site entrance. Adjacent to that, you can find the beautiful Vroon lands, through which you can ride your bicycle or hike straight across between the free-ranging, yet friendly cows.

Furthermore, there are ample opportunities for hiking and taking cycling routes in the Kop van Schouwen, where you can cycle between the grazing ponies. Afterwards, you can fully relax on the adjacent beach while enjoying a welcome snack and/or beverage.

When the children have checked out all playgrounds, the bunker and the indoor sand play area on the camping site and when they are tired of swimming, you can still find loads to do in the surrounding area. For example, next to the camping site there is an indoor playground and miniature golf club called ‘t Lapje. If the weather is poor, or if you want to enjoy a day away from the beach, the popular amusement parks Deltapark Neeltje Jans, Miniature Walcheren and Het Arsenaal are certainly worthwhile visiting and ensure a day full of fun. And not to mention the many interesting museums in the area! In brief, there’s always something to do out here!
