When can I arrive?
Camping pitches are available from 14.00 hours. Rented accommodation is available from 16.00 hours.
By what time do we have to leave on the day of departure?
Camping pitches must be vacated before 12.00 hours. Rented accommodation must be vacated before 10.00 hours.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately for you, dogs are not permitted, and that includes visitor’s dogs. If you wish to bring your rabbit or guinea pig, you can, provided it will not cause a nuisance.
Can I park my car on the camping site?
No you can’t, as the entire camping site is car-free. All cars must be parked in the car park. So you can position your caravan or tent, and then you must return the car to the car park. We provide trolleys to take your shopping to your camping pitch.
If I have guests, do they have to pay?
No, visitors do not have to pay anything. You can receive a maximum of 5 persons per camping pitch at any one time. Upon arrival they must report to reception, and they must leave the camping site before 21.00 hours
Do you provide a TV connection on your pitches?
Yes, all pitches have a cable TV connection. They also come with a 10 Amp electricity point, a tap and a drain.
Can visitors use the swimming pool?
No, they can’t! First, the swimming pool is too small to accommodate visitors as well. Second, this is strictly forbidden by law. The pool is not supervised (which is legally permitted for pools with a depth of up to 1.40 m) which means we cannot allow outside visitors to use our swimming pool for liability reasons.
Do I need shower coins or a SEP-key?
No, you don’t need coins or a SEP-key. Everything is freely accessible and available. If you want to shower you just turn on the tap and you’ll have hot water. Doing the washing up or using the tap on the pitch is free of charge too.
What do I have to pay if I want to play tennis?
Absolutely nothing! You can book the court for half-hourly sessions. Please do so at reception, one day in advance.
What are the costs for the leisure activities?
All children’s activities are FREE OF CHARGE; we only charge a small amount for adult workshops.
How can I use the Internet?
You can use a laptop with LAN card throughout the camping site. You must purchase a login card at reception. If you do not have a laptop, you can use the Internet computer in the reception hall (from EUR 1.00 per 15 minutes).
Can I rent chalet-style caravans?
No, but we do have very special alternative types of rented accommodation. Go to ‘rented accommodation’!
Can I bring a party tent?
No, this is not permitted.
