Camping is being outdoors like you dream about. So that you can choose the holiday that suits you best, in addition to an extensive range of rented accommodation, we can also offer you the following types of camping pitches:

• Nature pitch: enjoy to the utmost without extra facilities.
• Basic pitch: on this pitch, you will at least find an electricity supply, and at a number of camping sites, also a water supply.
• Comfort pitch: this type of pitch offers you at least three of the following facilities: electricity (always available), water supply, drain and CAI (TV cable connection).
• Comfort+ pitch: the Comfort+ pitch is intended for the camper who is looking for luxury. This type of pitch not only has the same facilities as a comfort pitch, but also has private sanitary facilities. These facilities can be located on the pitch itself, or can be a private bathroom in the sanitary building.

The Ardoer.com rules

• Bookings must be made directly with the chosen camping sites or via www.ardoer.com. Additional costs are not charged for this.
• Bookings for camping in the high season are often from Saturday to Saturday, with the exception of the package deals for specific dates.
• Starting bookings 2011 € 25,- will be charged for an option. When the booking is confirmed, this amount will be deducted from the invoice. When cancelled, the amount will be charged as administration costs and no refund will find place.
• Met ingang van boekingen 2011 wordt € 25,- gerekend voor een optie. Wanneer de reservering doorgaat, wordt dit bedrag verrekend met de nota. Bij annulering wordt dit bedrag in rekening gebracht als administratiekosten voor de optie en vindt geen restitutie plaats.
• If any price discrepancies should occur in online reservations, the rates as listed on the camping subpage will be valid and binding.
• Children under two years old are admitted free of charge.
• Camping sites: arrival after 15:00, departure before 10:30, unless otherwise stated (the departure date is the "inclusive" date). A surcharge can be levied for arrival before and/or departure after these times.
• During the Ascension and Easter period, at many camping sites, only a minimum number of nights or a specific package deal can be booked.

The following rules are applicable to the package deals:

• For package deals where a date is not stated, you can determine the day of arrival yourself.
• They are only for families (consult the rates for the camping site to obtain the number of persons).
• Electricity (unless otherwise stated) and tourist tax are included, but not the dog rate (if dogs are allowed).
• The special offers expire after reaching the starting date, and are only applicable in 2010.

Booking and payments

At Ardoer.com, we do not charge booking costs. Starting bookings 2011 € 25,- will be charged for an option. When the booking is confirmed, this amount will be deducted from the invoice. When cancelled, the amount will be charged as administration costs and no refund will find place. 

You can make a booking via this website or by phoning your desired (independently managed) camping site. You will receive a booking confirmation/invoice from the relevant camping site. We expect to receive half of the stated amount within 14 days. You must pay the remaining amount, at the latest, 4 weeks before arrival. When making a booking within 2 months, the entire amount must be paid in full. For a mid-week or weekend rental, we request you to transfer the total amount within 14 days. Your bank statement is proof of payment; you will not receive any additional message in this respect.

Seasonal- and annual pitches

A number of camping sites offer seasonal- and/or annual pitches. Different or additional rules are applicable to this. Thus, contact the relevant camping site directly, in sufficient time beforehand. They can inform you about the possibilities, any waiting lists, etc.

Cancellation insurance

You can take out cancellation insurance via the Ardoer camping site (not mandatory). The premium for this is 5.38% of the booking sum + € 5.00 policy costs. If you do not take out cancellation insurance, the Recron conditions are applicable.

Recron

All camping sites affiliated to Ardoer.com are members of the sector organisation Recron. The Recron conditions are also applicable to all bookings. You can consult these conditions at www.recron.nl.

The accommodation that you rent, may not be used by more than the stated number of persons. All prices include VAT and tourist tax. This does not include any increases in the VAT rate and all extra governmental taxes that one could not reasonably be expected to know about or that were not applicable at the time of publication of this webpage.
