"That campsite in Vollenhove has a helicopter in the pond!''
Spending the night in a real MI2 helicopter; you can do it at holiday park 't Akkertien. The helicopter has the luxury of a hikers cabin, and it is an adventure to get there, but it is super cool. Because who can say that he/she slept in a helicopter?
The helicopter is on a platform in the pond where you can take a ferry to. In the helicopter there is a double bed (queen size) of which one part can be folded in with pillows and sleeping blankets, TV, stove and the opportunity to make a cup of coffee or tea. Outside is a seat and there is wifi. The cockpit is still in the state in which it was purchased. The next day, from 9 o'clock, you can pick up your breakfast at the reception.
