About the location
Camping De Haeghehorst is located in Ermelo, right in the middle of the Veluwe forests. From the campsite you can hop straight on your bike for one of the more than 35 cycling routes through the wooded landscape, or set off on foot to explore. Nearby is the charming town of Harderwijk, home to the Dolphinarium, Klimbos Harderwijk climbing forest and the town museum. If you're after some adventure, Walibi Holland in Biddinghuizen is close at hand, and for watersports and a beach day you can head to nearby Lake Veluwemeer and Strand Horst.
