General conditions of stay

The RECRON Conditions_Tourist Places, on reservations up to 21 nights and on all pre-season and post-season places.

The RECRON-conditions_Season pitches, on reservations for an entire season.

  • Your reservation is final after payment of the down payment.
  • Down payment of 50% within two weeks after reservation, remaining payment no later than three weeks before arrival.
  • In the event of cancellation, the charges specified in the RECRON terms and conditions apply.
  • Reservations shorter than seven nights are not preferential bookings (with the exception of Easter, Ascension and Pentecost).
  • Arrival camping from 12:00 and departure before 12:00.
  • Arrival accommodation from 15:00 and departure before 10:00.
  • Non overnight guests, departure before 21:00 hrs.
  • Day visits and extra night(s) must be notified and paid in advance at reception.
  • Children up to and including three years are free of charge.
  • You must behave in such a way that you do not disturb your fellow guests.
  • Audio is not audible to other guests. After 21:00, avoid unnecessary noise. Quiet after 22:00.
  • Use of barrier only between 8:00 and 22:00.
  • Parking: one car on own pitch and additional cars outside the campsite.
  • A maximum of six people and one main camping unit per pitch (additional tent is allowed).
  • Party tents are not allowed without written permission from the manager.
  • Dogs: a maximum of 2 per pitch or accommodation, always keep them on a lead outside your own pitch and clean up dog faeces is compulsory, also outside the holiday park. No fighting or guard dogs.
  • Use of trailer storage is free for bookings of up to 21 days and charged for bookings of 22 days or more. Trailers must always be labelled with guest name and guest number, available from reception.
  • Fast boating is not allowed anywhere, not even on the lake and its surroundings. As a consequence, your mooring may be cancelled.
  • Alcohol consumption is only allowed on your own pitch and to a limited extent by the fire pit. Drugs are prohibited.
  • If your boat, windsurfing board or canoe is on or near the camping pitch, in the marina or a scaffold, the General Terms and Conditions of the Marina apply.
  • Additional conditions apply to Holiday Stays, Group Camping, Pre-, Summer- and Post-Season Arrangements and Seasonal Pitches.

General Terms and Conditions Marina - Port Regulations

  • Berths are assigned by the harbor master, without prior consultation may not be changed. Without prior consultation.

  • Hoisting: We have a hoisting crane with an electric winch. Up to 750 kilos. This is exclusively operated by the harbor master, for which you can make an appointment.
  • Trailer storage: is only allowed after written confirmation, on assigned space and provided the trailer, trailer is provided with clearly visible last name and guest number (available at the reception) on which the berth is reserved.
  • Every boat must be secured by proper mooring lines, including on shore and in the racks.
  • Do not fasten mooring lines too tightly because of changing water levels.
  • Sunken and dilapidated boats must be salvaged on first notice: in case of default, is done by the harbor master at the expense of the owner.
  • No nailing or screwing is allowed in poles, jetties and (shore) shoring. Any protection (piece of carpet / fender etc.) is to be fastened with tyraps or thin line.
  • It is not allowed to offer anything for rent or sale (signs with 'for sale' are prohibited).
  • If you take your boat or windsurfboard longer than 3 days (because of vacations elsewhere etc.) you are

  • Always store windsurf boards in such a way that there are no protruding parts in another compartment.
  • All your (loose) gear must be marked with last name, on which is reserved.
  • Untraceable material will be removed after November 1 and kept for up to 1 year.
  • Waste water and/or chemical toilet to be emptied only in chemical toilet at main sanitary facilities on the campsite.
  • Bulky waste (old windsurf boards, carpets, etc.) must be taken to a bulky waste dump.
  • Carpets for winter storage on the campsite must be dark green/blue and not a bright color.

General terms and conditions Winter storage

  • The Additional Conditions Winter Storage, apply in addition to the General Conditions Marina - Port Regulations of the previous season.
  • You are requested to pick up your boat, windsurfboard or canoe with accessories before November 1, or notify us if you require winter storage, ashore or in the marina.
  • If your boat, windsurfboard, canoe and/or accessories are still there after November 1, we will assume that you wish to make use of winter storage. You will receive a bill for this.
  • Winter storage ashore is possible from 1 October until 1 April at the latest (in connection with sod). Boats in winter storage ashore must have a label with the guest name and guest number, available at the reception desk.
  • Tarpaulins for winter storage must be dark green or possibly very dark blue (no bright colors).
  • Winter storage in the harbor is also possible, but due to the risk of ice it is not recommended.
  • Storage on shore only on a trailer, trestles, chocks or beams (in connection with sod) and at least 25 cm froam the sod.
  • Car tires are not allowed.
  • For hoisting + placing in spring and autumn by Cnossen Leekstermeer: out the last two weeks of October and in the last two weeks of March.
  • Boats with a bilge keel can only be placed on their own trailer.
  • Placement only in consultation with the harbor master.

  • You must leave your berth in the winter in its original state without protective equipment, mooring ropes, etc.
  • Only items belonging to guests with a winter storage may remain in the spaces provided that they are marked with the name and guest number (available from reception) of the tenant.
  • Untraceable material will be removed from November 1 and kept for up to 1 year thereafter.
  • Always store windsurf boards in such a way that there are no protruding parts in another compartment, to prevent damage to other people's belongings.
  • It is not allowed to offer anything for rent or sale (signs with 'for sale' are absolutely forbidden).
  • Major maintenance on your boat is not allowed, minor maintenance is possible with the permission of the harbor master.
  • If you bring your boat, windsurfboard and/or canoe, you are requested to inform us.
  • It is obligatory to report a new or different boat, as the one for which the winter storage is rented, to the harbor master first.
  • The harbor master is not liable for damage, destruction and/or theft, nor for personal injury caused by any defects to the marina and grounds.
  • Bulky waste (old windsurfing boards, etc.) must be disposed of by yourself and may not be disposed of in the environmental street.
  • Payment will be made according to previously mentioned schedule, or within fourteen days of reservation.
