About the location
Recreatiepark Kaps is located in Tubbergen, right in the heart of Twente's green, small-scale landscape of hedgerows, little woods and meadows. From the campsite a walking network sets off past the Engbertsdijkvenen bog reserve, through the lovely Mosbeek valley or towards the Springdal. At the ponds of Reutum you can try your hand at coarse fishing, and with kids, the Klimbos climbing forest in Oldenzaal makes for an adventurous outing. For culture and nature combined, visit the Singraven estate, or discover the charming town of Ootmarsum and the Wonderryck Twente museum. Adventure park Hellendoorn is also within easy reach. The campsite is close to the German border too. A place where peace, nature and Twente hospitality come together.
