Gnome trail
Discover together with your (grand)children the fun gnome trail. Since day and night, stories have been going around about the presence of gnomes in Sint Anthonisbos. Fairy tales about mushrooms that have been sat on, miniature houses deep in the forest and about little footsteps, which cross the footpaths. But now the Forestry Commission and our restaurant De Heksenboom have a new story: one that the children themselves are part of. The gnome trail is a magical route where children can experience for themselves what it is like to be a gnome.
Searching in the forest for gnomes' tracks, the children naturally do so in an appropriate outfit. So they get a red pointed hat, a knapsack and red painted cheeks beforehand. The (grand)parents come along to help the little ones with their treasure hunt and fulfil the fun and educational gnome tasks. Afterwards, they will receive their pointed hats to take home, as well as a gnome pin as a souvenir.
In short; a fun and educational 'outing' during your stay in Sint Anthonis.
