What are the rules regarding cancellations?

When making your reservation, you can take out a cancellation insurance. This insurance must be purchased immediately when completing the reservation.

If you have not taken out cancellation insurance and still wish to cancel your reservation, the rules of the industry association RECRON will apply.

How can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation online, by phone, by email, or at the reception desk.
After completing your reservation, you will receive the invoice by email as soon as possible.

For online reservations, you pay 50% immediately via iDEAL. Four weeks before arrival, you will receive a link to make the second payment. If your arrival is within 6 weeks, you pay the full amount right away.
For all other reservations (by phone, email, or at the reception desk), you pay 50% within 2 weeks and the remaining amount 4 weeks before arrival. For these reservations, you will also receive payment links by email. Amounts under €100 must always be paid in one installment.

You can book from January 1st for the following year:

  • Online: You pay 50% upon booking. The remaining amount is due 4 weeks before arrival.
  • At the reception desk, by phone, or by email: You can book a specific pitch and pay a €25 deposit. The remaining amount is divided into two payments: the first half in November, and the second half 4 weeks before arrival. If you cancel the pitch, the €25 deposit is non-refundable.
For reservations made from November onward, 50% must be paid within 2 weeks.
Do I have to pay reservation fees?

No, there are no reservation fees. However, you can choose to pay a preference fee: if you book a preferred pitch, you pay an extra amount to be sure of your chosen spot.

When do I have to pay?

The first payment is usually due 2 weeks after making the reservation, and the second payment is approximately 4 weeks before arrival.
Of course, it is also possible to discuss alternative payment terms with us. We are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.

How does electricity work on the campsite?

Tourist camping:
By default, you have 10 Amps with a daily consumption of 5 kWh.

Upon departure, you check out and pay for any extra consumption.

Arrangements:
Some arrangements include electricity partially. The included amount is stated in your confirmation.
Standard is 10 Amps; increasing to 12 Amps costs €15 (one-time), 14 Amps €30, up to 16 Amps.
At departure, you pay for any additional usage.
(Month arrangement 100 kWh, late summer 120 kWh, late season 150 kWh)

Pre-season:

At the start, the meter is set to 0 and you will receive the final bill by email at the end of the pre-season.

Year-round pitch:
You have 10 Amps, which cannot be changed. At the end of the year, you pay for your actual usage.
