About the location

Camping Ginsterveld is located in the green heart of Burgh-Haamstede, on the Kop van Schouwen, making it an ideal base for discovering everything Zeeland has to offer. The campsite borders directly on the Gadrabos, a lovely, small-scale nature area where you can enjoy great walks. The beach is about 1.5 kilometres away and is easily reached on foot or by bike. By bike you can also explore the larger nature areas nearby, such as the Zeepeduinen and Westenschouwen Forest, where you'll pass WWII coastal bunkers along the way. Miles of walking and cycling routes also take you to the nearby Oosterschelde National Park and the picturesque villages in the area. At the Klimbos Zeeuwse Helden climbing forest you can spend an adventurous afternoon up in the trees, with kids Deltapark Neeltje Jans is a popular outing, and the charming village of Burgh-Haamstede is also within easy reach.
